Welcome to Parcel FFF. These terms govern your use of the platform. By using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. The service
Parcel FFF compares parcel delivery prices from multiple UK couriers and lets you book a label. We are an aggregator — the carrier you select is the legal carrier of your parcel. Their carriage terms apply to the shipment in addition to ours.
2. Accounts
You can browse and quote without an account. Booking and payment require an account or a guest checkout. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Tell us straight away if your account is compromised.
3. Bookings & payment
The price you see at quote time is the price you pay, VAT included. We charge when you book. Refund eligibility depends on whether the carrier has collected the parcel and on the carrier's own policies — see the FAQ for current rules.
4. Restricted items
You agree not to ship items prohibited by the carrier or by UK law. Examples: weapons, lithium batteries (without correct labelling), perishable food, and hazardous goods. We may refuse a booking we believe contains restricted items.
5. Liability
Carriage liability is limited to the carrier's standard cover unless additional cover was purchased and listed on your booking. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or load-test the site without consent.
- Don't impersonate someone else when booking.
- Don't use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always at this URL. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
